The Bus Ride

Our friendly tour guides will greet you at the arrival terminal and direct you to the bus.

While on the bus they will give you

• an introduction to Japan,
• some information on the resorts in Hakuba,
• facilities such as ATM's restaurants and shopping,
• the local transport options and general resort information...

Please note: If your flight is delayed our friendly guide and bus will wait for you.

Whilst on the bus, you may be required to wait for a delayed flight. We appreciate your understanding on this. If it was your flight you wouldn't want the one to be the one left behind.

Arrival times may vary due to traffic and road (snow!) conditions

If your accommodation is not within walking distance of the bus drop off point and you would like to take a taxi, please inform our friendly tour guide and they will happily organise a taxi for you.

**Bookings MUST be made at least 72 hours prior to travel date. Bookings made less than 72 hours prior to this will not be accepted
